3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your use of Amazon Advertising is subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions. OrbAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

OrbAds offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website and during the signup process.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be required to select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service.

5.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
